We conduct on-farm premises livestock auctions (beef cattle, horses, and small livestock). We will assist in all pre-sale veterinary work and do all the sorting, and grouping and arranging of your livestock to ensure top dollar sale results.

We will arrange your equipment and personal property in the necessary order to produce the highest dollar for you. Also, we will assist in seeing that all equipment is in the best possible operating condition prior to the auction.

We will promote your sale using the best sources of advertising. In addition, we will use our 46 year old accumulated mailing lists to see that many people know about your sale.

We charge NO commission to sellers on real estate or timber sales. Our commission is paid by a buyer's fee added to sales contract. We have a ninety-six percent (96%) "sold" rate on all real estate & timber auctions we have offered over the past 46 years.
