All our employees have farm backgrounds...either born and raised on farms or still live on farms. Four of our employees still farm as part of their livelihood. We understand and appreciate farmers and farm life.

We pay sale proceeds to sellers on sale day on all personal property auctions totaling $200,000 or less!! Sales $201,000 to $750,000 are paid within twenty (20) days. Sales over $750,000 are paid within thirty (30) days.
